Regulation (EU) 2023/1077 has been published 5 June, extending the measures established by Regulation (EU) 2022/870 concerning Ukrainian products until 5 June 2024. The newly published Regulation, which entered into force yesterday, maintains the following temporary measures:

  • Suspension of applying the entry price for those products to which it is applicable as specified in Annex I-A of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, without application of customs duties on imports of those products.
  • Suspension of all tariff quotas set out in that Annex. Products covered by these quotas will be admitted for import into the Union from Ukraine without any customs duties.
  • Suspension of the anti-dumping duties on imports originating in Ukraine imposed during the application of Regulation (EU) 2023/1077.
  • Suspension of the application of Regulation (EU) 2015/478 on the common rules for imports in regard to imports originating in Ukraine.

The benefit of the above-mentioned measures is subject – among other conditions – to compliance with the rules of origin for the products and the corresponding procedures provided for in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement.

Our customs department remains available for any additional information that you may require.
