Julio Roldán is a lawyer who specializes in excise taxes and in supporting wholesale operators of oil products in their relationships and periodic obligations with the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITERD),the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC- SICBIOS) and the Strategic Reserves of Petroleum Products Corporation (CORES).
As a 2017 law graduate of the University of Barcelona and Panthéon-Assas University in Paris, his studies provide him with a perspective on community regulations in the analysis and resolution of the cases that arise.
